The weapon can be found at Chapter 4 in the most north-east titan armour part cavern. Behind the blue energy barrier on the way to a golden "bust" there is a trap door that leads to an area with one lizard warrior. Drop down, slay the villain and dig up the treasure near three flashy mushrooms. It is the same dungeon where you find the Titan shield.
