Availability
The Hunter Armour can be obtained after gaining permission to meet with Don Esteban.
After you are given the quest to propose a truce with The Inquisitor you will be able to ask The Don for some better armour, after providing a contribution of 1000 gold pieces to the bandits war funds you will be rewarded with this armour.
