The artefact is located on Antigua, in a store room attic:
To get there use the stone stairs behind the store room to get to the third floor.
Once you are in the room use a monkey go through the barred window to the left. Move up the roof directly above the window you just exited and you will find a crack in the roof leading inside the attic.
